Premier League Week 8 Preview

In the Premier League Week 8 preview we will try to predict the outcomes of the matches which will be played this weekend.

The first match of the round will be played on White Hart Lane, between Tottenham and Liverpool. All eyes will be set on this encounter, since this will be the first match of newly promoted Jurgen Klopp on Liverpool’s bench. It is very hard to predict the outcome of this match, but we believe there will be goals and perhaps a draw is the most likely result. The odd for over 2.5 goals is @1.85.

Chelsea will host Aston Villa and they simply must win that match. The hosts are in a big crisis, but Aston Villa shouldn’t be too hard to handle, so we predict that Chelsea will win after leading on halftime @1.95.

Crystal Palace will host West Ham. Both teams are enjoying good start of the season, Crystal Palace is even in the top four at the moment! West Ham mostly wins points playing away from home and they will seek for a chance to win in this match too. We believe that both teams will score @1.72.

Everton will host Manchester United, after their disaster in London against Arsenal. They were leaders for only one week, now they will have a very tough schedule to handle in the forthcoming period. We believe that both teams will be happy with a draw here and it is likely that we won’t see many goals. The odd for under 2.5 goals is @1.81.

Manchester City returned to the top of the table after one week. Aguero and Silva got injured playing for national teams and they will be missed in the forthcoming weeks, but victory against Bournemouth seems certain @1.33.

Southampton will host Leicester and we believe they will continue climbing up the table, after victory on Stamford Bridge in the previous match. The odd on home victory is @1.73.

WBA will host struggling Sunderland, which appointed Sam Allardyce as a new manager. It seems that this match has under 2.5 goals written all over it and the odd is @1.62.

Watford will host high flying Arsenal and this should be a very attractive match, similar to the one which was played several weeks ago between Leicester and Arsenal. We believe that Arsenal will win and that we will see more than 2.5 goals @2.32.

Newcastle will host Norwich in a match which is very unpredictable. However, we believe that the time has come for Newcastle to record a victory @2.50.

Swansea will host Stoke and they are big favorites to win the match. The odd is @2.00 and it is too good to be disregarded.
